I really enjoyed the Developing the Leader Within You Workshop. I enjoyed the format that was presented using the videos, which was then immediately followed up by in-depth discussion on the sections. These discussions provided me the opportunity to delve deeper into different scenarios I could possibly encounter in the field, examined more closely ways I may currently have biases or blind spots, and how I may be able to improve my leadership. I appreciated how you challenged my current viewpoints with thought-provoking questions.
