Kurt has facilitated hundreds of workshops on Leadership, Communication, and Teamwork. He is a former diplomatic interpreter and a Defense Language Institute Instructor of the Year. He has visited over 80 countries and lived 30 years overseas (Japan, Germany, the Philippines, and Russia).
